Felt an adorable penguin on its woolly ice with needle-felting expert Steffi Stern! Using wool batts and a felting needle, you'll create shapes with ease and join them together. Take home your charming penguin (8cm tll), felting needle, instructions & leftover wool. All levels welcome! All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
