Unwind and get creative in this relaxing raffia embroidery workshop suitable for beginners. In this workshop, you'll discover the mindful craft of raffia embroidery. Guided by your teacher, Tihara, you will learn the fundamentals of working with both natural and paper raffia. You'll have your choice of vibrant colours as you stitch a beautiful piece of tropical wall art, choosing between a floral hibiscus flower or a tropical monstera leaf design. There's no need to bring anything; all materials and equipment will be provided. You'll also learn a little bit about Caribbean heritage as the inspiration behind the craft. You'll leave with a beautiful, handmade piece of art and the raffia embroidery skills to keep crafting! If you don't finish on time, you'll have everything you need to finish at home. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
