You will learn intermediate Tunisian crochet colourwork techniques- stranded colourwork and intarsia. You will practise your Tunisian crochet skills making a square with central heart motif. Firstly, we recap on the basics of Tunisian crochet- how to start your Tunisian crochet project and how to work forward and return passes and Tunisian simple stitch, progress onto changing colours on forward and return pass, before embarking on more advanced techniques. You will master trapping your Fair Isle loose floats and gain understanding when to use which technique. You will get to see a variety of projects and techniques for inspiration that are more advanced to motivate further learning and exploration of this technique. You will be directed to further resources to practise and deepen your understanding of the teaching materials. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit This is an early morning workshop which will finish as the show opens for the day.
