This is the ultimate introduction to Tunisian Crochet. You will learn basic techniques (how to start, work forward and return pass and and bind-off your project) and stitches (Tunisian Simple, Purl, Knit and Reverse) used in Tunisian crochet by making a washcloth. You will learn how to choose the correct hook and yarn for your project, as well as how to prevent your project from curling, which can be an issue that crocheters encounter in Tunisian crochet. You will get to see a variety of projects and techniques for inspiration that are more advanced to motivate further learning and exploration of this technique. You will be introduced to further resources to practise and deepen your understanding of the teaching materials. You do need to be able to make a chain in regular crochet to take this workshop. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit This is an early morning workshop which will finish as the show opens for the day.
