Continental knitters carry the yarn in their left hand and movements are usually much smaller than English style knitters which can reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries and make knitting faster. In this class you will learn the continental knit stitch and Norwegian purl stitch. Basic knitting skills required: cast on and cast off. This class is suitable for both newish knitters and more experienced knitters. It is an advantage if you already know how to knit and you will need to know how to cast on. Please note there is a supply list for this workshop. All other materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
