Have you always avoided making garments with pockets just because you thought that they are so difficult and might even ruin your dressmaking projects? This workshop will explore two types of pockets: inseam and set-in pockets. Inseam pockets are the type of pockets that are hidden in a seam of your garment and are entirely enclosed by the outer layers, leaving no visible edges or stitching lines. A Set-in Pocket is made by cutting an opening in the garment and stitching the pocket bag to the inside of the garment so only the opening is visible. You will make samples of both types. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
