Join Caroline to hand-embroider with sashiko on quality cotton napkins (approx 35cm square.) Use one of Caroline's sashiko designs based on her Daisy hitomezashi stencil. Can also be a sustainable project, reusing preloved or vintage fabrics. Learn the skills to continue and create a set of napkins for your home, as a gift or for a special celebratory meal. Choose from a selection of prepared fabrics. Using embroidery thread from a selection of colours, form sashiko stitching to embellish your piece. Hear some of Caroline's stories from living in Japan and learning from skilled craftspeople. Give embroidery a go in a relaxed environment. All materials and full instructions will be provided in your workshop kit
