Whether you choose to stitch a mandala, landscape, or abstract free-form design, this hands-on session will guide you through transforming a simple sketch into a textured, stitched artwork. You will understand the basics of free-motion stitching as a drawing tool and practice continuous line drawing on fabric with thread. You will create a simple stitched design (such as a mandala, landscape, or free-form doodle) on a quilt sandwich. You will come away with the confidence to explore free-motion stitching on future projects. Please note there is a supply list for this workshop.
